| fact of the matter is ,the way i feel about people is the way i feel .never have i called out the n word on this forum .thanks to mr //////// ,he thinks he can make me feel low life i guess by posting my email to him ,let alone change everything around about the vfw i am a member at ...plus he seems to think he will make me stop posting here because all he has done .so to the rest of you out there ,i;m sorry for bringing this to this place where it should not be ....far as mr ///// in what he did ,guess he feels like better man,,,by posting what i wrote to him in a email . because i do not like some people for my reasons which are my own .. but to stoop that low to make all of you think i;m some crazy redneck out there who hates others because of the skin ....so freaking wrong ...but hey this is what some people do best i guess,not sure .i have blocked mr from my emails ,and see i could of said alot of things about him as well.but will not do that ,better man then that .so all said and done .sorry for all this drama,with mr and i ...guess he can still put me down any way he can ,but guess what .i;m still standing ,,,,dam shame tho ......so will not stoop no more to the childish games that some play ....lp57 ps this will be last nail you drive in me ....

| The facts are out there for all to see, and you can't dispute the facts. The email I posted speaks for itself, now if you THINK you have something on me either put up shut up. I'm sick and tired of all the B/S you pull every time I try and post something constructive in this forum. I don't feel like a better man for posting the email. It is a reflection on me, and the type of people I associate with. YOU SAID in an email you sent me in 2005 2 weeks before the show, my drummer (a black man) would not be welcome at the club we were playing the "Operation Uplink Benefit" at. Which always was the VFW Post, where it was held. There was no misunderstanding you were very clear about it. I was going to cancel playing with you, (go back and look at how many times I didn't respond to you just prior to the show in the forum) BUT I had already committed to it and 3 other shows, as well as contacted D'Addario for promotional material. I have NEVER stated the VFW POST where we played said my drummer wasn't welcome. I have always clearly stated YOU made the comment in an email. I stand by my statement and can back it up. There never was any other "mystery club" as you are trying to claim now either. Anyone can search your posts in this forum about the show, and see about where it was always being held. It was the VFW CLUB, the facts don't lie. I have absolutely no reason to be making any of this up. As far as anything else let me make it very clear I could care less whether or not you leave this forum or any other one for that matter. That was not my reason for posting the email, contrary to what you think in your mind. I posted it to defend myself from insinuations you were stating about me, in this forum PERIOD. You were the one who brought this mess into the forum, so you could have an audience. I merely responded to a post about re-fretting a guitar and you blew it all into this "Bills attacking me again B/S". Just like this thread you already made your profanity filled rant under the thread where the email is I posted. Yet you feel the need to make a new thread. I WILL NOT apologize to you for what I did, you don't deserve one. I do however apologize to the D'Addario Company and Forum and other members of the forum. I tied to honor the agreement I made with Matt to keep this sort of thing out of the forum, but you refuse to let things go, and I was backed into a corner. As far as your "buds" at least the ones I have met, all share your similar "views."

| i have many buds .......alot over 30 years or more.....many i think the world of ,,,and everyone of them never disrespect me or what i think ...ya see people are not the same ....good thing about being yourself .....

| | Just to get the facts straight. There is a club near Chuck's house, it is the New Castle Rod and Gun club. This is the club we were originally going to have the gig at, but when we were told that African Americans were not welcomed their, we cancelled and held the gig at the VFW. Out of courtesy, Chuck mentioned it to Mr Christy, because he felt bad and was very upset with the Rod and Gun club for their comments. Mr Christy, If you moved to Delaware because you thought you were going to join our band. You thought wrong. You were always invited to jam with us, but thats about it. The way I see it, Chuck is a huge Gibson fan and you made him feel that the Guitar he has had for over 30 years is worthless. Maybe it is, Maybe it isn't. But to Chuck, it is priceless. |

Bob while I understand your loyalty to Chuck those are not the facts as they were presented in this forum or to me personally prior to the show: 1) posts in this forum starting 6/29,when I was first asked to be a part of it as a matter of fact here is a post from 6/30 bill,,,,need to talk to ya,about july....vets gig at vfw JULY 23.....WOULD BE COOL IF U COULD MAKE IT TO THIS GIG......OPRATION UPLINK.. MONEY WE RAISE ..GOES TO VETS OVER SEAS FOR PHONE CARDS,SO THEY CAN CALL HOME.........BEING THE VET THAT U ARE ,NEED ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET......SGT DUDLEY REPORTING FOR DUTY ,,SIR........LP57 It DOES NOT mention any other Club. It says the VFW. It was always at the VFW Post in Wilmington. I was never told anything else nor was anything else ever posted in this forum contrary. Now had this other "club" said what you claim they did, Chuck would have never kept quiet about it he posts about everything in here. I responded on 7/2 (in this forum)saying it would not be a problem, I was asked who I was bringing to the show from my band, and I responded on 7/7 (in this forum) that my drummer and keyboard player were coming along. Shortly after I received this email and I quote " hey dude i don't know how to say this but isn't your drummer black? He won't be allowed in the club. There are 2 other drummers mine and Audio Waves, do you want your own time to play or do you want to just play with my band." That is pretty damn specific in my book and again no mention of ANY other club and he had already said the VFW. So after a few days of thinking, talking it over, coupled with the fact I had already booked 3 other shows, and I had contacted D'Addario about promotional items, I posted that it would just be Cristina and I coming down, in this forum. Mr Christy, If you moved to Delaware because you thought you were going to join our band. You thought wrong. You were always invited to jam with us, but thats about it. 2) No I didn't move to Delaware because I thought I was going to be in Mr. Dudley's band (even though I was lead to believe it would happen). From this forum: Posted 7/24/2005 2:06 PM "now think hard about moven down our way ,we could make a hell of a team......your long lost brother .....chuck ........lp57" We moved here for a number of reasons and yes the fact of Mr. Dudley's offer did come into play as well, but it certainly wasn't the main reason. Why would anyone be that foolish to sell their home and move to a new state based on a promise? That is ludicrous to say the least. This was a decision that took almost 2 years to make. BUT the fact remains I DID NOT think wrong. Whatever I thought was based on what Mr. Dudley led me to believe. I was told the time we got together at Skips house it was a "practice for the benefit for Mickey" NOT a jam. When I asked Mr. Dudley repeatedly what was going on with his band and rehearsals and where I fit in I was always told that "there is no band, I can't think about any band right now, we aren't rehearsing". Yet Mr. Dudley posted about the new lead guitar player in this forum, and about rehearsals. Then I was offered a position as a keyboard player if I wanted and I refused. According to Mr. Dudley he discussed this with you. The way I see it, Chuck is a huge Gibson fan and you made him feel that the Guitar he has had for over 30 years is worthless. Maybe it is, Maybe it isn't. But to Chuck, it is priceless 3) I NEVER said his guitar or any Gibson guitar was "worthless". Those are Mr. Dudley's words not mine. While Mr. Dudley is bemoaning my alleged "worthless" comment and his feelings about what is "priceless" he should stop and think. Think about a friendship that he sought out with me and Cristina, and how we gave our friendship willingly to someone we had never met. And through deceit and outright untruths Mr. Dudley made it "worthless." To me honesty and friendship is what is really "priceless" not any guitar, I don't care what brand it is. But I guess we just have different values. I learned a long time ago "figures don't lie and liars don't figure." The dates and the conversation between us are in the forum. The private emails that were sent are still in my filing cabinet on my computer. I keep every bit of info (emails, promotional, contacts,etc.) for every show I do, should I need them for an audit. I have them going back as far as I haved used my computer.
