I'm not generally in touch with the acoustic scene, but last year went to the Lewes Guitar Festival (UK) & saw some great artistes including Kate Walsh and Richard Thompson, to name but two - superb live solo performers. Any others I should be looking out for?

Hey, anyone here ever hear The Sam Bush Band?

They play Newgrass!  Rock fused with Bluegrass, they sound amazing. I never heard a sound like that in my life.

Go on youtube and search for Sam Bush Funk 55. That song will blow you away! These guys are great musicians!

I've heard of Sam Bush!  I haven't seen them in concert yet, though.

Hit and Run Bluegrass are awesome!

If you want to see the most insane bluegrass and old country music concert every, you HAVE to see The Wilders in concert!  They actually just completed a tour to Scotland, I believe.  They're INSANE!!!
