| | i play a 6 piece but its 3 up 1 down (10, 12, 13, 16). ive played on a 2 up 1 down 5 piece, a 1 up 2 down 5 piece, and even tried my 13 down with my 16 as a 2 up 2 down (to use an auxillary hat, which i found that i never used anyway), but i guess we all have our ol' faithfuls. we do alot of tom work so it's more comfortable, for me at least, with 3 up 1 down, especially doing basketcase, all the small things, hey jealousy, tunes like that with fast moving tom work. and the 10 comes in handy doing faithfully and babe. |
