What are those bass drum extensions called ( if there's another name) and do they really help alot for oomph! This recording is bad.

Those are called woofers by DW, Yamaha has a small version of it easier to haul around called Sub Kick. This is one item that isnt just hype. They really do add noticeably more OOOMPH! to what youve already got from your bass drum. Youll notice this effect more from a larger sound system but its undeniable. The sub kick is one of those things ive been GOING to get for years now.

That should be used as a training video on how over-drumming can take a great tune, and make it sound like dog-sh!t.  Anyone who would set up a kit like this, must have a small male member.

Im glad YOU said it A.D., It looked like Beck had to look back to confirm where the hell the Boze man was even at!. Weve got some local guys that do this kind of thing with pop tunes.

i'm rather fond of bozzio but i agree that there's a time for everything and not everyone seems to know when the right time is.
