I don't break any strings anymore.  That being said there are some things you should check.  First off where is the string breaking?  If it is breaking at the point you are bending then string fatigue is causing the break.  IF the string is breaking at the nut or saddle it could be a burr on the saddle or nut causing it.  This is normally the cause for most strings breaking.  I have replace the saddles on most of my guitars with graphite saddles, using a heavier string gives me more power and the tone is considerably better. I was only doing full step bends nothing over that. The first sting was over two months old with a lot of time on it, but the second one was out of a brand new pack?
