Both my daughter and I have used the ML Premium reeds for a number of years. If they are clearly defective, why not take them back to the store with your receipt and ask for a replacement box?

Jeff

Mitchell Lurie French Cut

I've played Mitchell Lurie #3's for a long time. I live by the Musician's Friend warehouse in Kansas City, so I stopped by to pick up a box and they were out - again! Anyway, I needed some reeds and decided to get a box of Mitchell Lurie French Cut reeds. I thought these were "premium" reeds, however, they were all cut off center. Are these reeds inspected? Did I just get a bad batch? How do I get them replaced?
