It feels almost like cardboard. What do you think? Is it normal for HHX chineses to be so flexible? Could it be the cause for a future crack? I don't have any experience with china type cymbals as it is my first. Another thing I noticed is that the edge is not even: there is a portion (about 5 cm long) that is lifted a few milimeters in comparison with the rest of the edge, is this an enough reason to ask for a replacement? I don't know to what extent could this affect the sound, as I don't have another identical chinese to compare with, however I can't say I'm not pleased with the sound.

I'd appreciate your answers and thoughts very much, thanks!
