How many stupid "what heads to buy" threads are you going to start? I thought you said you already had G2's (and moonjels) . Either way, your CB drums will never sound like your favorite hero's drums, regsrdless of the heads.

well, what kind of kit do you have? wood?
putting EC2s on a birch kit will sound different then putting them on a maple kit.

If you are into G2s buy the coated version, the clears are very bright and have a long sustain. But for that metal sound the Remo Pinstripes or the Evans EC2 or Hydraulics will be fine.

im leanin towards G2 clear for the toms but im not sure if theyll be right. i want a aaron gillespie sorta sound and they need to be durable
