KKirk - I was "Collin" or CollinCo.Drummer, (And usually getting flamed because I play DW's - the thought being that DW players are either snooty, or wannabees with way too much disposable income.) I have to hope I don't fit the stereotype.

I love drums, period, and have owned many kits over the years.

I remember: Poopypants, DrummerMom, Tiny, Cat Woman, ,Snappy, Clockwork Orange (they sometimes called him 'Clocky') Jon Schwartz was the drummer for Weird Al, and I remember him too. The Evans boards were pretty active back then.

Now that I have more time to spend drumming these days, it's still cool to read the posts and share with other drummers.

You look vaguely familiar. I really miss the old Evans house but everyone scattered like cokkroaches when the lights went on in the new home. I always wonder what TheBIgGiantHead is doing these days. Im trying to remember the name of the guy with a thousand snaredrums that was always helping guys out with any questions with a particular drum. The things i remember most are people dog piling on Dunnett. Billy Ward would pop in and out, the drummer for Weird Al stopped in. Im starting to remember your name now.

A few of us from "the old days" are still around. I began posting here around 2002-2003 but I don't remember you - sorry.

The original forum (i.e. the software) died a few years back and the forum was offline for a number of months. As a result, the group dispersed and has never really recovered. :(
