Here's a band that gigs at a lot of small venues.

What's really awesome is their guitars-- take a close look and notice what they're lacking.

Oh, and the drummer.  What's up with that?  I mean, I realize it's got to be incredibly hard to find 4 talented midgets in the same town for a Kiss tribute band, but those Peter Criss drum parts are something one should be able to learn pretty quickly. 

But yeah-- I watch this video at least once a month.
