| | I am currently using Hemke Tenor reeds and I am contemplating La Voz reeds. How does the tone compare between the two (Hmeke vs. La Voz)? |

| Hello,
From my experience it seems that the Hemke reeds tend to have a little more resistance than the La Voz reeds. Also, there is no French file cut on the La Voz. I like the La Voz for more jazz oriented gigs and the Hemke for more classical or concert band.
The La Voz is alittle brighter than the Hemke for me on my setups.
