good to hear your hands are fine. I haven't been able to play for a while due to an illness and it sucks. I have been able to play a bit of piano now though and I've learned quite a bit over the last few months. I saw Tommy Emmanuel on TV the other day and couldn't help but pick up the guitar for a few minutes. It's all good though. I'll be fine soon.

yeah, there are a few blues festivals down under. There is a big one held at Thredbo in the Snowy Mountains near me each year as well as a general Jazz festival later on in the year which has some blues musos too. The best place in Sydney to go for blues (or any music for that matter) is at the Basement. www.thebasement.com.au They have their own internet radio station which you might be able to log on to.
