Wow does that bring back memories.

For me they are more personal.

Opening for BB King in 2004 and getting to talk about music after the show

Being invited to play at Madison Square Garden in 2005 for the Katrina benefit, and some other Katrina benefit shows I was directly involved in with my band we raised over $14,000.00 for the Musicians Village housing

In 2006 the view I had from behind one of my heros while playing on stage with him at Legends, and him autographing all 3 of his signature polka dot guitars that I own.

Playing with Multi Award Winner, an recent Long Island Hall of Fame Inductee Sam Bluzman Taylor

Getting to meet and sit in with Robert Lockwood Jr shortly before he passed away, the last direct tie to Robert Johnson, what a man.

Keith Richards. Balloons. Some Clown Rushing the Stage. Puts his Guitar Back On Afterwards.

Undoubtedly the greatest moment.

Sweet video!  That's now one of my favorites as well!  How did his guitar stay in tune?

I remember some freak who got onstage while Bob Dylan was performing during an awards show.  The dude didn't have a shirt on, and had some protest thing written on his stomach.  He needed the "Keith Richards Adjustment," too.  I can't find a video of it, though...

How did his guitar stay in tune, you ask?

It stayed in tune because it's a fender.

Nice!  I'm a huge Fender fan, too!

Wondering if I can get a custom Fender bass with special metal plating for an extra good bash...

My counterpart at the open mic gig had to perform the Richards manoeuver a couple of weeks ago.  He said it was just like a hockey fight - had to keep hold of his "stick" the whole time.  Amazingly, the "stick" never went out of tune, either

Hey - Where are we going?  And why am I in this handbasket?
