| As someone who was formally trained on piano (12 years), it's not all that difficult at all. 2 well known keyboard players that play all flats are Diana Krall ,and Jamie Cullum.

| | On a keyboard, if I must contend with lots of accidentals, I'm all about the sharps. I don't know why that is - on stringed instruments, and when thinking with no particular instrument in mind, I'm most comfortable in flat keys. Guess it's all about personal preference. SG
