| I played both and owned the Brice, for $269.00 it blows the Hofner away. It's Louder, more sturdy, and intonates better.

| I'm looking all over for a photo or review of this bass, but can't find any. I can't even find a retailer who sells it. Have you got some links? This bass sounds interesting!

| Dulcimerist (9/14/2007) I'm looking all over for a photo or review of this bass, but can't find any. I can't even find a retailer who sells it. Have you got some links? This bass sounds interesting! www.HarmonyCentral.com has reviews on it. It's Mod # is the HVB 600. It was carried by www.rondomusic.net . They have a Douglas copy which just has two volumes an one tone knob. No switches like the Brice. I don't know about the Douglas' quality either. It is cheaper though! E-Mail Kurt at Rondo and ask him when they are coming back in. He's a cool guy and will get back to you the same day. Im sorry I sold mine! The Allen Woody just isin't the same sound wise.
