Hi,

I have 6 right-angle plugs from a Cable Station kit that are coming apart, i.e. the collars pop off and the jacks come apart.

I sent an email to customer support last week with no response yet.
I also sent and RMA request last week via the Planet Waves link with no response yet.

I left a voicemail today with my contact info and problem so I'm hoping to at least get a call back...

What else do I have to do to get some customer service?

I'm surprised that nobody has responded to this yet.
I will send the Admin a PM, and see if he can help.

Hi Rob,

I sent you an email on 12/23 about getting another batch of connectors fixed/replaced.

I figured you are out during the holidays, so please respond when you return.

Thanks!

Hello, I haven't been able to find a customer support email address so I saw this post and thought I might give it a shot.

I bought the Planet Waves Cable Station Pedal Board Kit today. A screw head popped off on one of the plugs, that is to say that the screw broke. Is there anyway I can get either a screw or a plug replacement without returning the entire kit? I've already got four effects cables made and I'd rather not give them up.

Thanks,

Dustin:

You can do an RMA form through this link:
http://www.planetwaves.com/FaqSolution.aspx?id=50130000000KFFKAA4

You might want to try contacting Planet Waves first, to see if they can simply send you a replacement part.  This link will give you the form for that:
