| Everyone of them! The industry creates these heroes and then takes them away. Big deal. No loss. There will always be someone even more "monsterous" to replace whomever the current monster is.

| These guys are all like drum tamers -like lion tamers. They definitely have talents as such. I respect people who practice at something until they are good.
But, the music biz is all ****. It's just an industry that exploits and over-does hype and flashiness...the speed...the chops...the super-human abilities...the boobs...the drug addictions...whatever they can make into a look...or a rivalry...or a competition. It doesn't have anything to do with Levon Helm or Charlie Watts or any of those guys...but don't hate on the drummers who do something on the other side of the fence from them, either. There's room for everyone. Personally, I like the contrast.
In history, there will be the era of solo drumming..Lang, Rabb, Mangini, Minnemann...various Drum-Off contest winners...etc. will be it's "prophets".

| | josh freese Art Verdi Clocky Poopy Meca Navin Billy Ward.... Pretty much everyone but the catwoman or Richard Baxter. They are all the hope we have left as a drumming society.

| | Did Tico Torres ever have the MoJo to lose?. I think Ian Paices MoJo is slipping from his fingers but compared to the sorry azz rock drummers that are in vogue right now Ians a God. I think Bun E. Carloses MoJo is a couple quarts low to. |
