| | lp, I hang out in the "high plains" area of colorado. Lot's of country players here and I'm one of 'em. I also play alot of what I call "classic rock" (CCR, steppenwolf, etc). I have several acoustics and electrics but my favorites are my les paul studio and fender strat and tele. I joined this forum shortly before it went down and you are right, there are alot of great people here. |

| I have said it before and I will say it again - there is good stuff in all music. I have been fooling around with Heavy Metal type tunings. A lot of fun. H

| Said it back in the old forum Chuck... A good tune is a good tune to me these days regardless of WHERE it comes from.
While we are a "classic rock/hair metal" act, Brooks & Dunn's "Only In America" and Trace Adkins' "Hot Momma" have no problem sliding through one of our sets mixed in with Bon Jovi, Poison, KISS, Motley Crue, etc.
And Toby Keith's "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue" never fails to bring down the house as a closer.
