Hey Jude (american LP). Because of content and mystery of release, I find it to be the most unique, though I obviously love em all. Reputedly Allen Klein talked the boys into releasing it with the agenda of padding his pockets.

Here's another vote for "Revolver" (but only if it's the UK release - you know it as the version on the Parlophone CD - the US version blows.)

Otherwise, the "White Album" is the definitive Beatles experience.  I could teach a college course around it...

But my nostalgia vote goes to...(drum roll)

"Magical Mystery Tour"

"A Hard Days Night"

For sentimental reasons of course.

I'll skip that class... but then... I suppose it would be no more useless than "The Economics of Environmentalism"... worthless drivel is what college seems to be all about these days.

My favorite 1972's "Hot Rocks"... oh wait.. that's the Rolling Stones

Put me down for The Beatles 2nd album also.  I think it also had "You Really Got A Hold On Me" as well.  They were really good when they were making music--too bad they decided to make art and see how many little known instruments and strange noises they could make, especially since it turned out Ray Davies was much better at being an artist than they were.
