Players Circle

  • How do I redeem my Players Circle points?

    Finding point values is really simple! At the top of the site, scroll over the cart button, and select PTS as your currency. 

     

    You can then browse through the website and see the points amount on each product.

     

    You can also click on an individual product and it will show you the points and currency amount.

  • Can I cancel, return, or exchange an order placed with points?

    Unless otherwise required by law, once points are redeemed for merchandise they may not be returned or refunded for any reason. D'Addario does not replace lost or stolen merchandise.

  • Can I still make a purchase with Players Points or redeem my Players Points for credit?

    Players Points are not redeemable or accepted for credit.

  • My item was returned to D’Addario. Can D’Addario resend my order?

    If products redeemed through Players Circle rewards are returned to D'Addario for any reason, including for insufficient address, refused shipment, or the product is otherwise undeliverable, D'Addario may, in its sole discretion, attempt to contact you at the email address associated with your Players Circle account to resolve the shipment issues.

     

    If we are unable to contact you or unable to resolve the shipment issues, we will credit the points back to your Players Circle account and cancel the order.

     

    D'Addario reserves the right to charge you for shipping fees to re-ship any products that have been returned to D'Addario due to your shipment refusal, your failure to include a sufficient address, or if the product is otherwise undeliverable.

  • How do I recycle my strings?

  • How do I reset my password?

  • How long does it take to receive my Playback recycling rewards points?

    Please allow 3-5 weeks for your Playback recycling shipment to be processed. Please note, only shipments that weigh 2 lbs or more will receive rewards credit.

  • How many days does it take to receive my order?

    All Players Circle orders ship within 5-10 business days via ground shipping. Track your package here.

  • How much is shipping and handling?

    Players Circle covers all shipping and handling charges.

  • I believe my strings are counterfeit. Who should I contact?

    You can report your suspected counterfeit product on our Play Real site here.

  • My Players Circle code is not working. What should I do?

    Check that you typed your code correctly with no dashes and using the number zero (0). If you are still having trouble, please contact us.

  • My item does not have a Players Circle code. What should I do?

    If your item does not have a Players Circle code, it is most likely an item manufactured before we printed Players Circle codes. These items are unfortunately not eligible for credit.

  • What countries is Players Circle available in?

    Players Circle is currently available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and select European countries including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Spain. Keep your eye out for updates, we are always looking to expand to other countries.
