Forward Balance drumstick models feature a short, 2 1/4" taper, which shifts the center of balance of the drumstick towards the tip, producing a front heavy feel that is well-suited for rock or heavy playing.
Rebound drumstick models feature a long, 3" taper, which shifts the center of balance towards the back of the stick, producing a feel that is ideal for jazz, funk, and gospel.
