About Eloy Casagrande

Eloy Casagrande, drummer for Sepultura since 2011, joined the band at age 20. He has performed on five continents and contributed to four CDs and two DVDs with the band. Eloy began drumming at seven and won the "Batuka International Drummer Fest" at 13 and the "Modern Drummer's Undiscovered Drummer Contest" at 14. He has played with bands like Gloria and Iahweh and appeared on various TV programs. Currently, he is on a world tour with Sepultura, promoting "Machine Messiah," and conducting workshops and master classes.
