Eduardo "Chino" Sandoval

For more than 25 years, Venezuelan-born Chino Sandoval has defied genres and manned the drums fearlessly. He’s best known for his work with Zeta, an experimental band that borrows from Latin and Afro-Caribbean rhythms and fuses it with punk, hardcore, jazz, and improvisational freedom. Since joining Zeta in 2017, Chris has toured across the United States, performed at major festivals including SXSW, and appeared on platforms like KEXP and Audiotree. He’s also performed and recorded with Codefendants, La Armada, and numerous other projects.
