Jason Bowld

A versatile powerhouse behind the kit for Bullet for My Valentine, Jason Bowld kicked off his professional career with Geffen-signed rock band Stimulator. He then went on to tour and record with acts like Pitchshifter, Killing Joke, Fightstar, Pop Will Eat Itself, Blaze Bayley, and Ginger Wildheart, making a name for himself as one of the UK's most highly sought-after session drummers and sidemen. His songwriting talents also led to the creation of the metal project This Is Menace, which featured guest vocalists from bands including Napalm Death, Carcass, and SikTh. During Bullet For My Valentine’s 2010’s UK arena tour, Bowld filled in as at a last-minute stand-in. Seven years later, the band hired Bowld as their full-time drummer. He’s since toured international festivals and arenas while helping push the band's sound into the modern era. Offstage, Bowld regularly presents drum clinics around the world.
