Kim Cypher

For British saxophonist, vocalist, bandleader and composer Kim Cypher, jazz has always been less of a genre and more of a jumping-off point. Although she’s one of the UK’s most celebrated contemporary jazz artists, her style now blends everything from Latin to swing, blues, and funk. Onstage, she regularly sells out London's legendary Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club. In the studio, Cypher has released multiple acclaimed albums and collaborated with everyone from Pee Wee Ellis, Liane Carroll, and Ray Gelato. On the airwaves, she’s received national airplay across BBC Radio and Jazz FM. Today, she remains a driving force in the UK jazz scene that cannot, and should not, be missed.
