Great strings, as always. They did what I needed, sound wise. Feel? Not easy to get used to a heavier wound G string, and now, the OTHER unwound strings sound very metallic, like the original unwound G did. NOT at all the fault of a GREAT string, but the fault of the VERY resonant aluminum Hipshot Baby Grand bridge. I have a PRS compensated bridge/tailpiece on another guitar, also made of aluminum, and now have the SAME issue on that guitar, as well. Seems that these aluminum bridges resonate at G, which really make both guitars' unwound string sound VERY metallic, and the G string REALLY overpowers all the other strings. Hoped the wound G would ease the issue, and it sorta did, but now the OTHER unwound strings really ring out too loud and metallic. Time for new BRASS or STAINLESS STEEL bridges!
