Holding advanced degrees from Western Michigan and Michigan State Universities, Dr. Hibbard has honed her musical artistry under the guidance of renowned instructors.

As Principal Clarinetist of the Lynchburg Symphony Orchestra, Dr. Hibbard has consistently delivered virtuosic performances that captivate audiences.
