Berklee alum and Tomo Fujita apprentice Michael Lemmo has carved out his own unique little space in the world of modern guitar, blurring genre lines between rock, blues, jazz, and pop. He’s the frontman of his namesake band, LEMMO, known for its hooky alt-rock edge and relentless touring schedule. Offstage, he hosts Guitar of the Day at Norman’s Rare Guitars, where his deep gear knowledge has helped build up a loyal global following. His trusty Jazzmaster, nicknamed “Godzilla,” has even become a cult hero in its own right.
