Nicole McCabe

Nicole McCabe is a Los Angeles-based saxophonist, composer, and educator carving out a distinctive voice in modern jazz through fearless improvisation, inventive composition, and a deep love of sonic exploration. Her music effortlessly moves between jazz, electronic textures, experimental production, and groove-driven improvisation, making her one of the most exciting emerging artists in the scene today.

Her latest album, A Song to Sing, marks her debut on Colorfield Records and follows acclaimed releases including Mosaic and What Is My Porpoise? with her electro-jazz duo Dolphin Hyperspace. As both a bandleader and sought-after collaborator, Nicole has performed and recorded with artists including Jeff Parker, Louis Cole, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Ari Hoenig, Gerald Clayton, Patrice Rushen, Kiefer, Sasha Berliner, Dave Harrington, and Salami Rose Joe Louis.
