UPS shipping took forever, ordered on august 24th received September 9th. Four rescheduled dates. And this is the consistently a problem, I had switched to a different brand and foolishly said I’d give daddario another try. Never again

The inability to rectify a mistaken order, coupled with disproportionally high shipping fees both on purchase and return, make it so this quantity of reeds is never worth purchasing from this store.

The reeds themselves are great, just don’t buy them here. Buying the larger quantity is probably fine, I didn’t do the math though.
