Ben Solomon

New York-based saxophonist Ben Solomon has built a career alongside some of jazz's most celebrated players. After moving to New York in 2012, he toured with trumpeter Wallace Roney from 2012–2017, performing alongside musicians including Ron Carter, Buster Williams, Gary Bartz, and Patrice Rushen. His career has also included performances with Chick Corea at the Blue Note, a week-long Village Vanguard engagement with the Aaron Parks Quartet, and appearances at venues including Dizzy's Club and Symphony Space. A Berklee College of Music graduate, Solomon has published two books of saxophone etudes and released his debut quartet album, Echolocation, in 2024. He is also featured on Aaron Parks' By All Means!! on Blue Note Records.
