Sound Profile

Bright Sustain, Broad Range

EVANS G1 series features a single 10mil ply with a bright sustain and broad tuning range. The G1 is the starting point in traditional bass drum sounds. Tuned in the traditional 'Be-Bop' range, it blends seamlessly with toms and provides subtle reinforcement for the bass line.

G1 Coated

"The G1 Coated snare drumhead is reliable and allows all the wonderful tones of the snare drum to sing. On toms, G1 Coated drumheads are consistent and allow the drums to speak their natural tones."
