I was trying to use the points that I had saved and there was an issue with the website so I could not use them. I clicked the wrong button hoping that there would be another screen that would pop up and allow me to use my points. No such luck. I played full price. When I realized my mistake I immediately tried to cancel my order. I was told that I could not cancel I could only initiate a return. If I had tried to cancel days later I certainly would have understood but merely minutes later I was sending a message. The reasoning for this was explained but it did not make me happy at all.
Were I to return the items would shipping be free? I have difficulty believing it would be. Instead it seems a ploy to hang on to the customers money and make it difficult to rectify an issue.
So for customer service they get a solid one star out of five from me.
