About Danny Carey

Danny Carey began drumming at nine and joined his high school jazz band. In college, he expanded his studies to include geometry, science, and metaphysics. After college, he moved to Los Angeles, working as a studio drummer and performing with various bands. Carey joined Tool after meeting Maynard James Keenan and also participates in projects like Pigmy Love Circus and VOLTO!
