About Philo Tsoungui

Philo Tsoungui is a German-Cameroonian drummer whose explosive style and technical range have taken her to stages around the world. Trained in classical percussion at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, she studied under renowned artists like Martin Grubinger and Steve Reich. Philo continues to expand her creative voice as a producer and composer, and through other original works, clinics, and collaborations across genres.

"Sensory Percussion is incredibly accessible. You can throw it on any drum kit, mesh or acoustic. But it also unlocks a whole new world of creativity, composition, and production for drummers. For drummers who might feel intimidated by production, Sensory Percussion bridges the gap."
