consistency being a key to proper setup and budgeting while our toddler president fucks over everybody but his brood of assholes being a necessity, I choose these over all other brands as I have yet to have any issues at all with D'Addario strings. They work great, they're stable, they last a long time, and they -USED- to have a wonderful customer loyalty program until the afore-mentioned toddler gave reason to 'adjust' the rewards program due to 'inflation'.
