i love these strings

i love these strings. they are for my acoustic but feel like electric. i especially love that the g string isn't wrapped and holds up a little better. Great sounds, great feel and easy to bend. the only set i ever need for my traveler guitar.

Love these strings. Makes my acoustic much more enjoyable (and easier) to play.

The Original String

Pioneered in 1974 and still revered today, Phosphor Bronze has become synonymous with warm, well-balanced acoustic tone. D'Addario Phosphor Bronze strings are precision wound with corrosion-resistant phosphor bronze onto a carefully drawn, hexagonally shaped, high carbon steel core. The result is long-lasting, bright sounding tone with excellent intonation.

Phosphor Bronze 12-53

"The EJ16 Phosphor Bronze were the stock strings on my resonator guitar. They bring out the warmth of my tone and sound so clear at the same time. So, I decided I'd just stick with them!"

Phosphor Bronze 13-56

"I use Phosphor Bronze Med EJ17 strings on my acoustic guitar. Years ago a musician friend recommend them to me because I squeeze heavy when I'm playing and I've been using them ever since. I just love the quality and feel of the medium strings. I also like to leave my strings on for a long time and these strings last."
