About Chris Eldridge

Chris Eldridge is a Grammy-winning guitarist and founding member of the boundary-pushing acoustic group Punch Brothers. A graduate of Oberlin Conservatory, where he studied with Tony Rice, Chris has played with The Seldom Scene and co-founded The Infamous Stringdusters, earning accolades like IBMA’s Emerging Artist and Album of the Year. He also collaborates with Julian Lage, releasing Grammy-nominated records. Chris has worked with icons like Paul Simon, Renée Fleming, and Marcus Mumford, and served as house guitarist for Live From Here from 2016-2020.
