We’ve upgraded the Players Circle experience to make earning rewards, managing your account, and using your points easier than ever.
We’ve simplified the sign in experience, offered more flexible pathways to redeem points, improved referral rewards, and updated our member tier system based on a rolling 12-month activity window. So, whether you're tracking points, entering sweepstakes, donating to music education in underserved communities through the D’Addario Foundation, or saving on your next purchase, everything is now easier to access and manage.
Easier Sign In, Smarter Account Tools
Accessing your Players Circle account is now simpler than ever.
Instead of remembering a password, you can sign in using a secure one-time code sent directly to your email. Once you’re logged in, it’s easy to view favorites, access previously viewed products, register product codes, and manage your Players Circle activity, all from your dashboard.
The new account sidebar makes it easy to find what you need and keep track of your progress.
Use Your Points at Checkout
Your Players Circle points can now be applied directly at checkout to lower or even completely cover your order total. Even better, purchases made with at least 1,500 Players Circle points will automatically get free shipping.
All you have to do is choose how many points you’d like to redeem, and instantly see the savings reflected before completing your purchase. Points can be used toward the full cost of eligible products or applied as a partial discount.
When you redeem your points at checkout but don't complete an order, don’t worry. Your points are still there and will be waiting for you for next time. Please note: rewards are in USD, but will automatically convert to the proper currency.
Points can also still be used for sweepstakes entries, donations to the D’Addario Foundation, and other exclusive member opportunities.
Improved Refer-A-Friend Rewards
Sharing Players Circle with friends now comes with even better rewards.
When you refer a friend, they’ll receive 15% off their first D’Addario order. And as soon as they make their first purchase, we’ll add 100 Players Circle points to your account, as a special thank you.
It’s an easy way to help fellow musicians discover D’Addario gear while earning rewards along the way.
A Tier System That Moves With You
Players Circle membership tiers are now based on a rolling 12-month points total, rather than resetting each calendar year.
Since your activity over the past 12 months determines your current tier, it’s easier to maintain your status and continue unlocking benefits as you earn points throughout the year.
Just like before, moving up through the tiers gives you access to additional perks, exclusive opportunities, and more ways to get value from your Players Circle membership.
