Tom Rarick is the Director of Percussion and lead designer for the Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps, where his innovative compositions helped secure DCI World Championships in 2016 and 2024, as well as the 2022 Fred Sanford Best Percussion Award.
A former percussionist with the U.S. Air Force Band Ceremonial Brass, Tom’s career has spanned six Presidential Inaugurations, Super Bowl performances, and thousands of high-profile ceremonies. He is a trusted consultant, WGI adjudicator, and signature artist for Innovative Percussion. As a proud and long-time EVANS artist, Tom continues to shape the future of marching percussion.
