Tom Luer is a versatile L.A.-based saxophonist and longtime D’Addario Woodwinds artist with a résumé that spans Grammy-winning albums, international tours, and high-profile film and TV scores.
A member of Poncho Sanchez’s Latin Jazz Band and a featured performer on John Beasley’s MONK’estra projects, Tom’s playing can be heard on everything from major film soundtracks, NPR promos, and live stages from The Tonight Show to the American Music Awards. In addition to his recording and touring work, he serves as Director of the Jazz Band and Applied Saxophone Professor at Cal Poly Pomona, help mold the next generation of jazz talent.
