You can select your preferred gauges from available string families (NYXL, XL Nickel, XL Chromes, Phosphor Bronze, XS Phosphor Bronze) and name your set. Your Set Name will be printed on the label, making it truly tailor-made to you!

We ship custom products to the US, UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Switzerland.

Not quite. Players Choice Custom String Sets allow you to select your own gauges from a specific family of strings (NYXL, XL Nickel, XL Chromes, Phosphor Bronze, and XS Phosphor Bronze), but it's not set up to allow you to mix different types of strings (Chromes with NYXL, for example). For that particular use case, we recommend you use String Tension Pro and source individual single strings.

D’Addario’s color-coded ball-end system works for standard sets with fixed gauges and positions. Offering it for fully customizable sets, with all the variety we're offering in terms of alloys and gauges, would require 9 to the power of 263 (9^263) unique ball-end-string combinations: an impossible number to manufacture.*
But don’t worry! We’ve attached colored ball-end stickers to each string position so you can restring your guitar confidently.
*Not an exaggeration. 9^263 is so astronomically big of a number, imagine trying to play every possible riff ever made, using every note, tuning, string gauge, on every guitar ever made, for eternity, and still not even scratching the surface. THAT big.
