“Every year, for several days, the D’Addario family hosts a Family Assembly focused on reconnecting the family and reinforcing their responsibility as stewards of the family business. Our family is fortunate to have had 3 generations represented at this annual congregation, including members of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation of D’Addario’s in America, also known as G3, G4 and G5. The Assembly is an opportunity to not only update and align our multi-generational shareholders on the strategic direction of the business, but also prepare G5 family members for their future stewardship of the business.
